Produced on the region of Gedio, this small 150 acre farm grows some spectacular and complex coffee from its red soils, its Cherries are sorted vigorously and stored in vacuum sealed bags for its oxygen deprivation period for 15 days, this method, while complex gives the bean a more fruity and fresh sweetness over other methods.

This delicious cup boasts a well balanced and soft cup showing notes of Rhubarb sweetness and raspberry acidity, its delicate tea like body has notes of hazelnut to finish.
