Located in the South Western corner of El Salvador, this farm has had a long standing relationship with Project Origin, an organisation based out of Canberra that is committed to sourcing the highest quality coffee from across the world, and working closely with producers to ensure their standards are upheld.
Carefully selected by all the staff at Sixpence Coffee as a part of our regular cupping sessions, this amazing coffee displays notes of orange, sweet ripe peach with a medium body with raisin and chocolate ganache notes and red apple acidity to balance.
Roasted to be enjoyed as an espresso, this coffee is best enjoyed black!
