Guji, or "Backyard coffee" is grown by a number of small producers in the Sidamo A coffee growing region, near the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. These micro lot coffees are then hand picked and combined, prior to processing, to create extremely high quality batches.

This naturally processed lot has been carefully roasted in a filter style to obtain a highly aromatic, fruity cup with citrus and bold chocolate notes with a juicy mouthfeel.
