Hailing from Planadas at an altitude between 1500-2150 ASL this Naturally processed coffee is exceptionally bold and ripe. Using temperature controlled drying beds and a vigorous screening process the producers of the El Indio, limited release, have achieved an incredibly complex and refreshing bean. Boasting notes of Passionfruit sweetness, smooth chocolate, wine body and a sticky orange finish. This release has been roasted specifically for espresso. Its rich and full bodied attributes lend it to be best enjoyed served black.
