What we're tasting: A soft and creamy mouthfeel, with a red grape punch and a light rhubarb tang, finished with a little sweetness of brown sugar.
About the producers: The Bela Vista estate has been in operation for over 110 years, carefully guided by the Lima Reis family, who have been carrying on the traditional farming technique's of the land, but taking on a modern touch to coffee cultivation.
With a multiple crop varieties on their plot, they can be creative with the processes for their yields, this Yellow Catuai has been treated to a complex and multi staged anaerobic natural process, that has showcased the natural bright flavours from this delicious bean.
How to drink:
This one is best served filter style, by pour over, moccamaster or plunger.
No need to add milk for this little sip, is juicy and tangy and best all by itself.
