Hailing from Planadas at an altitude between 1500-2150 ASL this Naturally processed coffee is exceptionally bold and ripe. Using temperature controlled drying beds and a vigorous screening process the producers of the El Indio, limited release, have achieved an incredibly complex and refreshing bean. This release has been roasted specifically for espresso to bring out its rich choc and wine like notes.
Best enjoyed as a long black or espresso shot to showcase the fruity notes, and soft chocolate body. Take your time, relax and enjoy this delicious cup.
