About the beans: Coffee grown in Colombia is praised world wide for its quality and crop yield. Whilst maintaining a great quality, the region of Catuca and Popayan have been able to grow coffee with over 65 growers nestled in the region sheltered by the andes mountains, these farmers have been able to collaborate and continue expanding the exceptional coffee proudly produced from their homeland. With volcanic ash soil excellent altitude aspect and reliable rainfall from the neighbouring andes, the coffee from here has all the ingredients for an amazing cup of coffee.
