A little about: Cerrado Mineiro is a region renowned for its coffee, as the landscape and climate are optimal for plentiful crop yields and cherry consistency. Specialising in Yellow and Red Catuaí varieties, grower and farm owner Vitor Marcelo Barbosa takes pride in the 106 hectares under his care. Drawing from his family's multigenerational knowledge, Vitor has an ethos that shows progression in practices and respect for a family's legacy. The Fazenda Paraíso farm represents both the heritage, and the forward motion of Brazilian specialty coffee — rooted in tradition, refined through technical precision.
