Using the EA Process to naturally remove caffeine, this Colombian single origin is grown in the shelter of the andes mountains on volcanic ash based soils. The beans are treated to the traditional washed method before being exposed to a naturally occurring sugar cane Ethyl Acetate and water to dissolve and remove the caffeine content without effecting the green beans flavour.

With notes of Brown sugar sweetness, red fruits, mandarin, cane sugars and a chocolate base.
